With over a decade behind the chair, Jennifer Slim built Slate Studio in Houston, Texas from the ground up — a space dedicated to intentional color, transformative bleaching, and the craft of hair education. Her passion for teaching goes beyond technique; it's about empowering stylists to find their own voice, master their artistry, and build careers that reflect their purpose. The pilot that started it all. Hair transformations that lifted natural dark hair to pale blondes — in one session, without artificial heat — formulated to neutral and ash tones. This chapter is part of our foundation and can still be requested for private education.
